The journal aims to gain the attention of scholars of legal informatics in the strict sense, artificial intelligence, robotics, machine learning and cognitive sciences applied to legal sciences, but in continuous dialogue with other sciences, preferring an empirical and computational methodology.
Aspects relating to computer law can be investigated as a criticism of the law or as a policy of law, while for further studies of positive law we refer to the numerous and valuable journals on the subject, already present both online and in print.
