Applicazione del machine learning a casi di diritto condominiale
Abstract: The research deals with the realization of a neural network able to reproduce the reasoning made by the judges in the controversies related to the infiltration of water coming from solar pavements or terraces used by a condominium. Machine Learning is able to prove its whole efficiency in the legal field, even managing to accurately predict the outcome of the verdicts. The application of machine learning to law is an interesting challenge for contemporary jurists, who have the opportunity to refine their studies, thanks to such intelligent Artificial Intelligence systems, to simulate the decision-making processes of the courts.
